I need help in finding a way to feed Excel data into PowerPoint.
This could be in the form of charts or text.

I have previously researched one method of copying the data from Excel and pasting the data as a link in PowerPoint, however the problem with this method is that I will need to actually highlight the data in Excel. I want to be able to feed the data without having to copy and paste because if the information extended past my highlighted range, then it would not appear in my PowerPoint slide.

Thanks for the help.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Have you tried using OLE?
  1. In PowerPoint, select the Insert tab.
  2. Select Object from the Text group.
  3. You can then select Create from File and Link to the Excel file.
I'm not sure if this will do what you want, but it's where I would start.
