Here is my problem...

2 excel files need to be merged.

The new file has updated info i.e. calibration factors of equipment with unique serial numbers.

the old file is with old calibration factors and past due dates. Also old file contains calibration factors and due dates not to be updated because equipment is used for a different purpose. I wish to write a macro that can accomplish this...not sure where to start. I suppose every serial number needs to be compared and to copy over the changed data. Not sure really of what to do. thx.:)

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
