HI, I am a new member to MrExcel and could really use some expert advice.

Okay so what I am trying to accomplish...

I have an excel spreadsheet with column A displaying names ie:(Josh Smith)
Then in column B I have their corresponding email address ie: Josh.smith@aol.com

Furthermore, I have a Word Template that has a section to insert each persons name. Once the name is imputed to the Word doc I need to email it to the appropriate addresses.

So far I have used Word's Mail Merge to bring in each Name into the appropriate location on the Word Document. However, when mailmerge is complete I am left with a 1000+ page document containing every document for every name.

SO is the only option to save pages 1-3 and title it Josh Smith. Then manually save 4-7 as the next person, etc..?

And finally is there an alternative to typing each persons email address in the address bar and then having to click the appropriate attachment to send with it?

Any macros or command functions or creative ideas are much appreciated!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
