I am needing some help with my attendance sheet for my new team.

The sheet has 4 types of absences on it: Vacation, Float, Flex, Military.

The sheet has 3 columns: Date-Type-Hours Used

I also have at the top of my sheet 4 columns with the hours allowed for each type, and a box with hours that have been used. I would like to use the =countif function to tally the types in the type column, and the hours used to tally up into the top columns.

Any help would be great! Thanks
