30 people (Person 1, Person 2, ..., Person 30)
3 roles (Role A, Role B, Role C)
12 months

I need to create 10 teams of 3 people to perform the 3 unique roles. The teams and roles will rotate per month for a year.

Conditions:
These teams will need to rotate randomly every month where:
  1. (non-repeating teammate) No person will have the same teammate throughout the year, and;
  2. (non-repeating role) Each person should cycle through all roles without performing the same role as last month.

I would appreciate any help. Literally going crazy doing this manually.
Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
