Offset and Large issue

Hello

I have MS Excel 03 and I am trying to create some added value to one of my reports. I have a listing of offices in column A going down and to the right are product names and an amount. I would like to use the large formula to grab the top three products and use the offset formula to instead of getting the total I will see the product name. I am putting this at the end of the report. I have a couple thousand rows (offices), and I am grabbing the data horizontially. Can this be done or is it out of the question?

What relevance, if any, do the 'offices' play in this? Or are these inconsequential to the result?

Does that mean at the bottom of each column you have a total amount for each product. And, based on these totals, find the highest 3 and return the product names?

May be something like this? you can change the range to offset as you need, I just used absolute range for simplicity.

This is what I was trying to do, pull the highest dollar amount per office and then get the product name listed to the left
