Opening excisting powerpoint in a shared location

Hi,

I want to open a PowerPoint file from a location which is shared by more than one employee, so I can work on the excel macro and when they open it the macro can open the same presentation that I have done the macro for.


cause I want to work on the excel then I want to copy all charts to the existing PowerPoint
