Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
You need to insert a Pivot Table, that will give you all these details.

Highlight the data, including headers and Insert>Pivot Table.

Move the email to the rows box, and the amount and order numbers to the values box.

May be worthwhile looking at a tutorial?

I did just like you said email to rows but the problem is one email can have many orders in a single order. Number and date and/or one email can have many orders in different months different years. The reason I am looking this solution is to work on RFM , orders split by month or qiuarter and years
What I wanted to see is email in a row and columns in a column, in pivot when I did the date in a column it is beyon it can handle, I am stack here, may be index and match can be a solution?
