I have "lost" the normal 'paste special' feature in excel 2007!!! When I click on the paste special feature it presents a dialog box allowing paste as "unicode text" or "text" ... rather than pasting formulas or numbers or transposing. Any suggestions to get back to normal ?? Thanks

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Does this not work on all spreadsheets you have?
The Paste Special is available when you copy-paste within spreadsheet(s) adn the Unicode.... when you copy something from external sources(like Notepad)

I just opened a new workbook, input some data, did a calc, then did copy-paste special to an open cell on the same sheet - and got the 'unicode/text' options - which pasted numbers only.
