Hi All,

I have a large spreadsheet to track all my data.
In one column I have a drop down menu that contains five options (Accepted, declined, on hold, TBC & Cancelled).
When I create a pivot table I can only get one of these criteria to appear at a time and have to filter through using a slicer.

Is there any way that you can think of to have all options in the one table?

I attempted to do it by creating helper columns which showed true or false for all of the five options and have the pivot chart show only the count of true statements but couldn't make it work.

Many thanks for any help you can provide,

Mike
