Hi,
I have to create personalized compensation statement for each of our employees using word. There are 150 employees. I input their salary and fringe benefits into an excel spreadsheet for each employee and then do a mail merge. I did this last year by:
1)Creating a pivot table
2)Creating a pivot chart from the table
3)I copied the chart and inserted the pivot graph into the word document (i think i pasted it as an object)
4)When we did the mail merge all 150 employees had the same chart.
5)We had to go to each chart in the word document and select the employees name from the pivot table drop down list to create the custom graph (the graph was linked to the pivot table in excel)

My question is: Is there any easier way to do this than to click on each person name?

Thanks,
Sharon
