I created a Pivot Chart in Excel 2010. I added a custom field (% Difference) to the pivot table. Now, the custom field shows on the Pivot chart. But, I do not want the custom field to show on the Pivot Chart. Any ideas how to accomplish this? I know that I can copy and paste values the Pivot Table and then select the data I want to show on a chart. But, I don't want to do this because I will be adding data to the data source and "refreshing".

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
There is no way with a pivot chart - it always displays the same fields as the underlying pivot table.
