I was creating excel file for my online orders. Sometimes buyers buy multiple items in same order. So we receive report as repeated order ids (in rows) with different product names. So when i use pivot it gives multiple products in the same column. So we can't use lookup option when we have multiple options with only 1 heading. So how can i create one more column in pivot so my data will come as like in column 1- Order Id.. in Column 2-Product-1.... in column 3-product 2..

I have attached excel file link as well.https://www.dropbox.com/s/51l45xbk20tgo8u/Sample.xlsx?dl=0

Thanx..

It's not clear to me from your description and your example file whether you want each column to represent a specific Product (M001), or the first, second, third,... product in an order regardless of the Product number.

Assuming it's the former, if you place the Product field in the Columns area of the PivotTable, you'll get something like this.

Is that what you are wanting?
