Pivot table filters lost

Hi all,

I have made a dashboard consisting of pivot tables filtered by day of the week. I wanted to have a master copy that I could dump data in from an external source.

When I remove the data used to create the pivots and replace with the new weeks data, the filters are lost and I have to manually filter again.

I had basically filtered out blanks and filtered Monday to Friday.

Is there a setting to keep the filters in place?

Thanks

S
