Hi,

Here is little background before I explain my question. I have a web application through which I download data on to a predefined worksheet in an Excel template. This template has many worksheets with predefined charts. After data download I run a macro/script (as part of download action) to refresh/update the charts. The whole workbook is protected so that end user cannot modify the contents of the file. I have used Pivot table to build the charts.

Question: User chooses the From and To dates while downloading data. This time range can be more than a year. I have couple of charts where in Months (Format Jan'08) are on X-axis. I want to show them in the right order (Nov'07, Dec'07, Jan'08, Feb'08). But I see the pivot table sots them alphabetically. How can I control this?

Appreciate your help. Thanks in Advance.
Pravin

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
