Hi all,

Firstly apologies if this has been asked before or if my wording is wrong, happy for any mods to correct any of this as I'm relatively new to all this.

I have the following columns in a Power Query, which is combined data from two tables which are downloaded and regularly updated using a tool called ALM, which is for testing of defects.

REF / IDEnhancement/DefectStatusTitleAssignee.1Raised ByFixed In ReleaseTester

<tbody>
</tbody>

I would like to create one pivot table to display this information on a separate tab which has the following rows and columns, with the count of each status within the pivot.

Status:Assignee 1Assignee 2Assignee 3DefectsEnhancementsCustomer 1Total
Ready To Test
Passed
Failed Retest
Not Delivered
Monitor
Total

<tbody>
</tbody>

I can easily do this with multiple pivot tables but would rather just have one table of information displaying it. I would also rather use pivot tables as they can be clicked on to see what information is needed.

I hope that makes sense, and thanks in advance!

Fred
