Hi All,

I have a table with information, to indicate the type of calls being made and each staff name, however using a manual table i can find out who has made calls and who hasnt.

Using a Pivot table i can find out who has made calls and have lovely graphs, what i cannot find out, is how do i display a list of staff who have not made phone calls and because they have not made any calls there name wont be on the data sheet which complies all the data that is used in the pivot table.

I have a list of 30 names in another spreadsheet, which the staff pick from the drop down in the data spreadsheet?,

Any help to display the staff who have not made phone calls will be great.

Many Thanks.

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Try this:

Go to pivot table, right click on one of the names > select 'Field Settings' (third from bottom) > click on 'Layout & Print' tab > tick the 'Show items with no data' > OK

By enabling that setting your pivot table should then list all of the names including those who have not made calls.

That is perfect Thanks,
