Hi all,

I have a formula in cells E8:E19, which is driven from a pivot table / slicer. These cells have conditional formatting, 'graded color scale'. Directly to the left of these D8:D19 I have a group of text cells. I require these cells to reflex the formatting of the cell adjacent. i.e. D8 mirroring E8.

Any one have any ideas?

Thanks
Tom
