Could somebody help me with this problem:
I have a file called PF-Skeleton.xls, this is linked to Inventor to read from and To the excel file.

Since few weeks ago, every single time I activate the link via ilogic I have the following error message:

A pop up box saying:

PF-Skeleton.xls is already open. Reopening will cause any changes you made to be discarded. Do you want to reopen PF-Skeleton.xls?

I have have noticed that in the windows task manager the process indicates excel.exe is there at least twice.

Have any of you had this behavior when linking excel with any other programs? and Why that could be happening?

Any help on this would be really (really) appreciated,

Eric

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Just an update,
The problem was not in Excel, but on my ilogic rules within Autodesk Inventor,
I had to add the excel.close line on the ilogic rule linking every part of my assembly to the excel file and that fixed the problem,

Sorry for this guys, and thanks for trying to help,

Eric
