PowerPivot values filtered and not filtered

Hi can this be done with PowerPivot?

fReturns_table
all returns by date and product batch

fSales_table
sum of all sales but not by batch
treated like a lookup table

I would like to be able to create a pivot with the below values
-returns filtered by date
-sales shown as total no date filter and not summarized
-% of returns / total sales

Here is a sample workbook that hopefully explains what im trying to do better.

After learning some more about PowerPivot the functions ALL() & ALLEXCEPT() were what I was looking for.
