I have a spreadsheet that I am working on for commissions. I have two sections, side by side. One that calculates for the Sales Associate and one that calculates for the Sales Specialist. I also have information at the top of the worksheet about the deal. I would like to have the worksheet print each section (Sales Associate and Sales Specialist) on it's own page, but have the information at the top of the sheet appear on both pages. For the life of me, I can't get this to work. I have created print ranges, but it will only take 1. It doesn't always print the top information on both pages.

I have a file that I can attach, but I don't see the option in this forum.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
You can only have one print range on a sheet.

Select one range to encompass both pages (your two print ranges) excluding the top Header information and insert a vertical page break in between.

Setup the page headers to print the top information on each page.

Thank you for your response. I was able to get the Sales Associate and Sales Specialist areas to print on 2 separate pages. I would like the information in rows 1-24 to print at the top of each page.

When I select that in Page Layout - Sheet as Rows to print at the top of each page, it only puts that at the top of page 1 and not page 2. My Print area is from A25:P121.

How do I get that at the top of each page? It doesn't look like that's possible with Page Headers.

If you cut the Page-2 range and paste it in the rows below the Page-1 range, then the Rows to print at top works for both pages. Don't know why it doesn't work the other way. Maybe that's the nature of the beast.

Alternatively, don't use Rows to print at top feature. Have duplicate info above Page2 (you could use formulas to duplicate it) and include the top rows in the print area.

I'm confused by what you're saying here. Are you saying that I need to manipulate the actual spreadsheet? If so, unfortunately that's not an option.

That's what I'm saying.

I edited my previous post and added an alternative that also requires editing your layout. That's all i got.
