Problem with Pivot Table in Ch. 6 Slaying Excel Dragons

I’m working my way through Slaying Excel Dragons and am stumped by the Pivot Table section in Chapter 6: pages 374 – 380. I’ve followed the procedure specified but the numbers in the table don’t agree with those shown in the book.

For example, in the first column (East Region), they are: Chin, 1592.41; Franks, 3173.57; Gault, 4684.92; Pham, 4753.87; Sioux, 3548.5; Smith, 3129.75; Grand Total, 20883.02.

Has anyone else had this problem? Suggestions? I'm using Excel 2016
