Pull in sum values for a specific date range

i’m trying to pull in all values in a specified date range. The data is on a separate tab and delineated by discrete dates. I need to sum all the dollars in a specific range. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanksb

Above is a mockup of the two sheets I will be using. Each of these tables are on separate tabs. I am trying to have excel sum the $'s if the index matches and the dates are equal to or less than the date called out in row 1 on the first table.
