Quick easy A1 B1 C1 Excel Question?

I need to find out how to do the following.

A1=15 - B2=20 = C3= -5 easy part.

now i need have add 5+1 to A1 to make it greater then B2 by 1. result is
A1=21 and that A1 and B1 needs to be saved. I need to auto fill for 10K entries. Does this make sense at all?

Almost forgot. if C3 +1 or more then leave A1 alone.

Quick clarification.
A1=15 B1=20 C1=-5

Or are your values meant to be going diagonal?

C is difference
A is B+1
What is B?? Is B constant 20?

Sorry, I am not good with this.

But, I have a column (A1) which are Sale Prices and (B2) are MSRP.

for some reason the sale price is higher in many instances. So I need to make

the MSRP higher then the sale price by lets say $5.

Ok, it is very close. The only problem is if A3 is greater then B3 Then E3 should remain equal to A1.
