Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
I am not allowed to access file hosting sites, can you show some sample data here please?

you have to set the fourth parameter to 0.
In your workbook it is sometimes omitted.
