Recording past value with strikethrough on the same Cell

Hello Everyone,

Need some help with the following hoping someone can help with this.

I have A, B, C Columns where A1 have a date such as 9/1/2018 where B1 have a number such as 5 and C1 have a formula which is =A1+B1 , so I can see the final date.

What i want is everytime A1 changes, I would like A1 and C1 to record the previous values saved as a strikethrough value on the same cell but a line below ( alt+enter )

Ok I apologize not searching the previously asked questions but this seems to do what I want it to do however, How can I have the past line to have strikethrough?
