Removing part of a formula

I need to remove the highlighted part of the formula but when i do it says error

so how what else do i need to remove ?

=IFERROR(INDEX('Shirt Database'!H:H,SMALL(INDEX(('Shirt Database'!$A$2:$A$59998=$A$1)*ROW('Shirt Database'!$j$2:$j$59998),0),COUNTIF('Shirt Database'!$A$2:$A$59998,"<>"&$A$1)+ROWS($4:4))),"")

I have a suspicion that you must remove all of this: *ROW('Shirt Database'!$j$2:$j$59998)
