Restrict double data entry in two sheet together

I want to kniw that how can we prevent double data entry in more than one sheet. If i want to know double name or mob8le no. Is entered twice, i aleays visit next sheet to cinfirm. Plz help

You would need to provide specific details.

I think it would be difficult to determine double entry any place on several sheets.

Now if you want to be sure there is no double entry on sheet named "Master" and Sheet named "People"

And look in column A of both sheets that could be done easily

So if some one entered David in column A of sheet named Master and then entered David in column A of sheet named People we could stop that from happening.

So is it possible for you to narrow this down for us.
