Returning Specific Values based on multiple criteria

I am trying to create an invoice of sorts using this spreadsheet:

Apply	Type	Credit	Debit		Credit	Debit	Total		Credits that are charged
Y	charge a	5			40	15	25		Type	Amount
Y	charge a		5
Y	charge a	5
Y	charge b	5
Y	charge b	5
Y	charge b		5
Y	charge a	5
Y	charge b	5

I want the Credits that are charged type column to only pull Charges from the first Type column that have a Credit with no corresponding Debit. (i.e. charge a has two credits and one debit, I only want to pull the one credit).

Is there a way to do this with a function?
