Hi all,

I was given the following formula by one of you guys on here (Thanks so much) It works apart from the fact I would like it to look down the two columns and match the specific text then do the remainder of the formula rather than be assigned specifically to each row (
'PMI Schedule 2018'!$C2 and $H5) Basically I don't want to constantly check that each row matches on the two worksheets for the formula to work, What type of formula do I need? I'm still slowly learning so apologies for sounding a bit amateur...its because I am
<strike></strike>

=IF(AND('PMI Schedule 2018'!$C2=$H5,COUNTIF('PMI Schedule 2018'!$E2:$Y2,$P$1)>0),$A$4,"")

If someone could rewrite the formula I would be forever grateful :)

Many Thanks
