I'm a novice excel user. I’d like to be able to use Excel to schedule future random date(s) based on an start date. The generated target date must be meet the following criteria:
- should be within 120 days from the start date
- fall on a different day of the week (excluding Sundays) from the start date
- fall on a different week of the month from the start date
- fall on a different month (not the first month of the quarter again).
- fall on a different date from the start date (1st -31st)
Basically a target date or dates that are totally unique from the start date. It would also need to be continual with regards to the newly generated date being taken into consideration to generate a totally new and random date from all previously used dates(perpetual?).

I need this capability for monthly scheduling & a separate one for a quarterly schedule as well.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
