What is the best way to get a screen shot of only the active window? And save it to a .jpeg?

I pasted the image into Microsoft Office Picture Manager and then cropped it. The image is really sharp.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
