Select multiple email address from hyperlinks rather than copy and paste each one

I have a spreadsheet with 2 columns, then a space then another 2 columns and then another space with another 2 columns.
Name - Email
Joe Blogs - Mail Joe(hyperlink mailto:...)
Joe Blog1 - Mail Joe2(hyperlink mailto:..)

I have about 30 rows of data. If i want to select multiple email address how do i do this without clicking on one and copying the email address? I want to have it as a text display rather than just having their email there but be able to select multiple email address.
