Selecting Subtotals Rowls only

Hello,

I'm a newbie to VBA and I am having difficulty selecting only the subtotal rows after I've used the subtotal function in excel. I need to highlight the subtotal row a yellow. These subtotal rows are dynamic...

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are the subtotal rows not always in the same row? Can you explain a little more what you're trying to accomplish?

The data I'm working with has a unique field that repeats for certain records. Which I have subtotaled by that unique field. For example

Pans silver 2
Pans copper 1
total pans 3

The recordset is dynamic so the total rows will never be on the same row number. I want to highlight the entire total row. hopefully i've explained this a little better...

Will there always be a cell in a specific column that reads "Total Pans" in the row you want to highlight?

I run this code through Access VBA, formatting a qry dumped into excel and no the only thing that will identifiy that subtotal row is the word "Total" joined with the category i've subtotated..
