I have 10 worksheets all with entirely different workings and I get a table of adjustment factors as the end result from each worksheet.

An example of the resultant adjustment factor tables from 3 worksheets.

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 218pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=289 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 62pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 2998" width=82><COL style="WIDTH: 52pt; Now I need to mutiple them all together to get a table incoporating all 10 worksheets, which is easy enough. The issue is that I want to select which worksheets I use. For example one person doesn't care about the influence of steel prices, so I would only use Insurance and Electricity in my result, therefore excluding worksheet 1 and only multiplying worksheet 2 and 3. I need to be able to select or deselect all 10 worksheets for my master table of adjustment factors.

I was thinking of listing all the worksheets and having a YES/NO drop down box attached, but it would involve an enormous nested IF equation which I'm not sure XL2003 could handle. Is there any other more elegant solutions out there?

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Code:
Sub C()

    Dim sh As Worksheet

    For Each sh In ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets
        Range("B2") = Range("B2") + sh.Range("B2")
        Range("B3") = Range("B3") + sh.Range("B3")
        Range("B4") = Range("B4") + sh.Range("B4")

        Range("C2") = Range("C2") + sh.Range("C2")
        Range("C3") = Range("C2") + sh.Range("C2")
        Range("C4") = Range("C2") + sh.Range("C2")

        Range("D2") = Range("D2") + sh.Range("D2")
        Range("D3") = Range("D3") + sh.Range("D3")
        Range("D4") = Range("D4") + sh.Range("D4")
    Next

End Sub

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I have steered clear of vba in the past and don't really understand. I have tried to implement but can't get it to work. A little bit more help would be appreciated.

I also have the control box located in the result page with the YES/NO functionality that I was thinking of. In the position described below

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 144pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=192 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" span=3 width=64><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24 height=17 width=64> </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24 width=64>G</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24 width=64>H</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl25 height=17 align=right x:num>2</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>Sheet1</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>No</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl25 height=17 align=right x:num>3</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>Sheet2</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>Yes</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl25 height=17 align=right x:num>4</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>Sheet3</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl24>Yes</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

So again I need to multiply sheet1.B2 * sheet2.B2 * Sheet3.B2, but in this example sheet1 B2 would be exclude because I do not want it in this calculation.

Thanks is advance
