Separate names and email id

Hi i am looking the formula so I can separate all the names in separate column and all email id's in a separate column. Please help me.

I do have long list so if you can provide the formula would be a great help. Please find the file from the below link.

Thanks Peter, your note shed light on my long-term mistake: I thought that Google Sheets is based on Excel 2016 (I haven’t the latter), now I see that they are totally different. The functions I suggested are available in Google Sheets, but, as I see now, not in Excel 2016.
