Hi guys,

I have a spreadsheet with multiple data validation lists.

These basically allow the user to select Gold, Silver or Bronze specifications for building products.

I would like to create an overall data validation list. Users would select Gold, Silver & Bronze for the overall standard of the home. When this is selected, it automatically populates the rest of the data validation lists (for example for the tapware or appliances). These would need to be able to be overwritten (if for example the user wanted silver spec appliances but the rest of the house is a bronze spec).

Thanks in advance,
Danny

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Hi all,

Hoping someone might be able to help with this one.

To help explain it further.

I need the selection of one data validation list, to pre-select multiple other data validation lists. For example in the 'master' list, if the user selects the first entry, it automatically autofills the rest of the lists to the first entry.

Thanks in advance,
