Hi,

I'm using Excel 2007.

In my workbook I have a worksheet. In this worksheet I have two separate regions that I would like to print. Let's say they are A1:B2 and C3:D4.

I go to print break view. I then select those regions, right click and choose set print area. Everything beside those two regions go gray on screen. All is well and good...

Now I would like to print A1:B2 in portrait style, then C3:D4 in landscape style. Is there a way to automatically set it without having to print the two regions separately?

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
One Work-Around

What I did simply to get it done:
Set a range name for each print area you want;
Record a macro for each print area that requires different print settings;
Insert a cool-looking button or shape and assign a macro to it;
Do this for each area you want to print.
Clunky? Yes, but it lets you print with the click of a button.
