Show / Hide details with variable groups

I have been all over this site and haven't found anything that fits my particular needs.

Here's the general lay of my data:

I want to filter out all of the rows where Count = 1. Also, as you can probably guess, I want to collapse the rest of the rows to the level of Tech Number. The groupings are going to change day by day. Please point me in the right direction.

To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Ok, I figured out how to filter and hide detail. Now, how would I go about building a macro where the groups vary in size?
