Some cells calculation is not performed

Medium size Excel file. A few days ago it stopped performing calculations on some of the cells.
In the settings, "Automatic calculation" is marked. Even when pressing F9 the cells are not calculated.
If I enter the cell to edit, by pressing ENTER it will calculate properly (only the specific cell, the other cells are not calculated).
The cells contains simple formulas like TODAY(), IF(...) etc.
Help will be appreciated

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

Is it only one workbook/worksheet affected?

Any mention of circular references in the status bar?
