Stop overlapping of stacked columns in chart (Excel 365)

Hi;
I did see this question asked before, but I couldn't find a thread with a posted answer.
I'm mostly frustrated because I'm 90% sure it's a stupid simple fix, but I can't seem to get it...

I'm trying to copy a graph format from previous reports so that it's consistent.

I've got a stacked bar chart showing production divided into commercial sales and other.

The "other" bar is the top bar, and it's narrower than the bottom bar. It shows an overlap between the top bar and bottom bar. No matter how I adjust the settings, I can't get a clean division between the top bar and bottom bar. I just want the bars to stack exactly - the top bar bottom sitting exactly on the top of the bottom bar.

When I have the bar "width" set to 1 point, there is no overlap, but the bars are too skinny to be consistent. When I set the "width" of the bar in the "border" section on the graph, I can get nice fat bars to be consistent with earlier reports. However, it "fattens" along the top as well, pushing up until the two lines overlap.
Seriously - how hard can it be to have a nice wide column stacking one on the other without this overlap?

I have the Mr Excel HTML Maker, but am not sure how to post a picture of the graph rather than just the table...

If it helps, the table is here:

I've got the data set up as a stacked column.
The "other sales" line is on the top, and has a width of 3 points, with the "commercial sales" line on the bottom with a width of 8 points.

I'd be happy to post a picture if I knew how.

I'd also be really happy if I'm just being an idiot, and there's an easy way to do this!

Thanks!

You can't with the MrExcel HTML Maker. You can upload an image to a public file-share site and provide a link to that.

Also, when using the MrExcel HTML Maker, use one of the options rather than "All Formulas" to restrict that large table after the worksheet image. In your example there are no actual formulas to show so choose 'No Formulas'
