SUM by Month with IF Statement

I need a formula for E2 and F2

In E2, I need the sum of the amounts of February.
Also, if Column B says "TEAM" then divide the amount by 2.
So E2 total should be 450 because 200+200+(100/2)

In F2, I need the sum of the amounts of March.
Also, if Column B says "TEAM" then divide the amount by 2.
So F2 total should be 150 because (100/2)+(100/2)+(100/2)

Try this if the current year can be assumed for the month strings written in F1 and G1

=SUM(SUMIFS($D$2:$D$7,$B$2:$B$7,">="&F$1&1,$B$2:$B$7,"<="&EOMONTH(F$1&1,0),$C$2:$C$7,{"Team","<>Team"})/{2,1})

Would it be possible to add one more criteria as well? If it says Team OR Monthly, divide the amount by 2.
