SUM.IF but search a word or numbers in a cell

hi all

a parameter of the SUM.IF function is: Criteria

work for me if the criteria is A5 (Note in AA5 the content is: '95')
but i want have in A5: 80,17,45,95,76

i want sum if the criteria is in..
in this case 95 exist in the list.

understand me?

Are you summing the same column as the Criteria, or a different one?
(Which column is your criteria, and which column are you summing)?
