sumif query

hey should this sumif work over a number of columns? I'm trying to sum the total of numbers in columns W through to AB.

=sumif(B12:B200,C4,W12:AB200)

sorry if vague!

No, the sum range in SUMIF can't work across multiple columns.
Try:

=SUMPRODUCT((B12:B200=C4)*(W12:AB200))
