I would like to add another criteria for summing up data in column H.

The formula currently is =sumifs(h3:h246, f3:F246,"<>0",G3:G246,"<>0"). I would like to add another criteria to column H to sum only when the value is between -1 and 1.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Maybe...

=SUMIFS(H3:H246, H3:H246,">=-1",H3:H246,"<=1",F3:F246,"<>0",G3:G246,"<>0")
