I want a sumifs with a multi conditional IF that will sum (col D) if:
(a) col A = A001, and
(b) col B = 1, and
(c) col C = AC Fee or M Fee
or do nothing.
<colgroup><col width="64" style="width: 48pt;" span="7"> <tbody> </tbody>

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
I would try an if or statement with those conditions, and then the value if true as the sum of the column, and "" if false

Ex: if(or(A:A = "A001",...),sum(D:D),"")
