Text Date "ddmmmyy" to Date Value

In VBA, how can I go about converting the string "09Jan19" to a date value?
I wasn't able to find anything with a Google search that addressed anything similar.

Try this...

TextDate = "09Jan19"
RealDate = CDate(Format(TextDate, "@@ @@@ @@"))
