Please help.
My workbook has 2 sheets - Sheet 1 (data) & Sheet 2 (report)
I am trying to calculate the cost of repairs to a number of properties. So Sheet 1 Column D contains the address of the property, Column H contains the cost (some positive and some negative amounts). A5 refers to Sheet 2 (address of property).
In Sheet 2 I have the following formula which is currently working: = SUMIF('Sheet 1'!D:D, A5,'Sheet 1'!H:H)
My problem is that I do not want it to include negative amounts when adding the numbers
I tried the following formula which is returning "Too many arguments" error message: = SUMIF('Sheet 1'!D:D, A5,'Sheet 1'!H:H,">0")
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
You'll need sumifS, assuming you have XL2007+

=SUMIFS('Sheet 1'!H:H,Sheet 1'!D:D, A5,'Sheet 1'!H:H,">0")
