Transferring data from other worksheet to create a billing summary

I am stuck on how to use COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF, and SUMIF functions to create a billing summary in a new worksheet off of data from an existing worksheet. Any help is MUCH appreciated!!

make it a bit easier for us by giving us a clue as to the type of data in the existing worksheet - please.
