Trying to open a 123 file in Excel

Is there a way to open a Lotus 123 file in Excel on a PC that does not have 123 installed? Opening the file on a computer that has 123 so I can save it as an Excel file or an earlier version of Lotus is not an option. I don't have 123 nor do I have access to it.

I've been looking all over the internet for a solution and haven't found any. Anybody got any suggestions?
